New FabIndia Tea Tree oil

Today I am going to say about my recent problem dealing with dandruff. I purchased this tea tree oil for my pimples, as once a while I get pimples which I hate, so thought of trying this tea tree oil. But before I could try it for face, I had started getting dandruff on my hair. I was really very lazy to do anything at that time. So, while reading instructions on the pack, I saw that we could use it for our dandruff too. I was very happy to read that, so let’s look into all the points now.

Now FabIndia has changed all the packages of product. I didn’t have Tea tree oil of FabIndia before, so I can’t compare it with the new one. But I will just discuss about the package. It comes with outer package which is white in color and on sides it is green in color. It has FabIndia written on top in golden words. Then, Essential Oil Calming and detoxifying is written in black below it. Also there is tea tree leaf in between which is really good as it reminds me of nature. Then there is Tea Tree For All Skin Types mentioned in black at last. If we open this package we get a bottle which contains Tea tree oil. It is blue glass bottle with white cap which we have to twist for opening. Then we can add drops of tea tree in anything or use it as we want to. It has white paper kind of sticker all around the bottle which has same things as mentioned on the outside package. Omg, it was a really big description of package.

Application

If you have pimples then you can take a fresh ear bud, take some oil on it and apply it directly on your pimple.

If you have dandruff problem, then take 2-3 drops of this oil and mix it with your regular oil. Apply it for one hour or overnight on your scalp and let it work for that much time. Then just wash it off with your regular shampoo and conditioner.

Yes, if you guys have problems relating to pimples/acne and dandruff then you can try it for sure.

Miss Claire blooming face powder

I love Miss Claire products, by now you might have come to know about it because they are really affordable products and some of them are dupes of Nyx brand. I have many products from Miss Claire like concealer, eye/lip pencils, eyeshadows, lipsticks and the most famous/popular lip creams. So, this time I thought of trying face powder of Miss Claire which I asked my sister to bring for me from beauty palace.

Packaging

It comes in a jar which has a mirror or silver color lid on which the name is printed in black color. We have to twist the lid to open it. It has got a separator on which some holes are provided, so that we can take it on puff or makeup brush and directly apply it on our face. There is a cute white puff applicator which is a bonus. The actual powder is in the jar beneath the separator, no need to remove the separator as we can take the product/powder directly from the holes of separator. Shade number and shade name are mentioned at the back of the jar.

Color and texture

I have TL7 Translucent shade which is perfectly suitable for my skin tone. Texture of this powder is soft and smooth with no shimmers or glitters in it which is perfect for applying it on face anytime and also perfect for baking our face for no crease makeup.

Fragrance

It doesn’t contain any fragrance which is best for choosy people like me as I don’t like some 

fragrances

Application

We can apply it in many ways:

1.       Take the powder from the separator on the puff given in it and apply on your face.

2.       Take the powder from the separator on a makeup brush/beauty blender and apply it on your face

3.       Remove the separator, take the desired amount of powder from the jar on the puff and apply it on your face

4.       Remove the separator, take the powder from the jar on makeup brush/beauty blender and apply it on your face

Nars larger than life lengthening mascara

This is all about Nars mascara. I previously had tried Miss Claire mascara but thought of trying something better, so, just gave a try to this Nars mascara. As it says it does, it really lengthens my lashes unbelievably. I was shocked to use this kind of mascara. That’s a good one, because I have very small lashes, so I was happy to use this product.

It a black box on which NARS is written above and below larger than life lengthening mascara is written. And inside there is mascara which has NARS written below on the tube. You can have a look at the image for the wand of mascara.

Yes, I would recommend this product because even it is little expensive it does what it says. I will surely repurchase this product after I am done using it.

DIY: Manicure at home

This is very easy and simple. I use VLCC pedicure and manicure kit for doing manicure at home. There are some steps to do manicure. So, let’s go through them.

Steps/procedure

1.       Cleanse your hands by adding cleanser to lukewarm water. Soak your hands in water for 15-20 minutes. After 15-20 minutes, just remove your hands from water and towel them dry.

2.       Now file your nails, buff them and shine them with shiner.

3.       Take scrub and massage it on your hands for 5 minutes and then remove it with sponge.

4.       Take some cream and massage it for 10 minutes and then cleanse your hands with sponge.

5.       Apply pack on your hands, let it dry for about 15 minutes and then remove it with sponge. If you want you can wash your hands also. Voila we are dome with our manicure at home.

The Body Shop Lip and Cheek Velvet Stick

The Body Shop is well known brand. This is my first purchase from The Body Shop. My sister had purchased body wash and her experience was amazing. So, I saw this Lip and Cheek Velvet Stick which I thought was so cute and then I just purchased it.

Packaging

It is white in color with floral print design on which the name The Body Shop Lip and Cheek Velvet Stick is printed in silver and black. The ending part is in the shade of Velvet Stick inside. This ending part can be twisted, so no need to sharpen the stick. The cap is white color. After you open the cap, you get the actual product which is really soft and blendable.

Color and texture

I have the shade Poppy Coral with me. It is really a pretty shade. It is not so pigmented but we can build it up on our cheeks if we want a dark shade on our cheeks. It is really very soft and smooth in texture as it is cream blush, we can feel the softness when we are applying it on our cheeks or lips.

Application

You can apply it directly from the stick on cheeks and blend it with your hands, makeup brush or beauty blender (Whichever way you prefer to blend). You can directly apply it on your lips or take the product from a lip brush and apply it on your lips (Again whichever way you are comfortable)

Would I recommend this product to others and will I repurchase it again?

Yes, I would recommend the product to others considering the cute packaging and considering the pigmentation, it is a kind of product which can be used on daily basis as it is not too dark for our cheeks or lips. Again not a compulsion to buy, but you guys can try it if you want to. It is not a kind of product without which we can’t live without. I wouldn’t repurchase it as I have tried once, I had purchased it as I loved the packaging and to try for once.

DIY face mask: Reduces tan, dark spots, acne and pimples

Hello pretty girls hope you are fine. This is a DIY which I have been using since my college days. So, just thought of sharing my experience about this DIY. This DIY helps in reducing tan, dark spots, acne and pimples with less cost. Best part is that you don’t have to buy any expensive products and they are products which can easily be found in your kitchen.

Ingrediants:

Wild Turmeric/Ambe Hald/ Kasturi Manjal: Just a pinch

Gram flour or Chickpea flour or in Hindi it is known as besan: 1 spoon 

Fresh lemon Juice: 4-5 drops

Honey: 2-3 drops

Fresh and unflavored curd or yoghurt: 1 spoon

Water: 4-5 drops just for consistency

Method:

Add Gram flour or besan with turmeric in a bowl or any container. Then add fresh lemon juice, honey and curd or yoghurt into it. Mix everything and if required then add water for making the paste like consistency. Apply it to your face with your hands or any facial brush.

Important thing: Don’t add too much turmeric otherwise it will stain your face. If by mistake you have done that then don’t worry, after washing your face remove those stains with makeup removing wipes or wet wipes. 

Use it once or twice a week for 2- 3 months. Do try it my angels and remember it is a long run process it won’t reduce anything once. You have to use this for 2-3 months continuously and then you will get results. But it will help your skin become smooth and soft from first use itself. Miss Claire Mascara

I have two mascaras in Miss Claire brand, i.e. transparent and black. Transparent mascara gives length to our eyelashes but doesn’t give much volume. But the best part of this mascara is that it feels as if u have naturally long lashes. Black mascara gives length as well as volume to our lashes. It does both things in little. Here, I mean it gives us medium length and volume. It doesn’t give so much length and not so much volume. It is perfect for every occasion or party or festive time. It isn’t so dramatic so anyone can use it. Both are my favorites as transparent one can be worn on daily basis and black one can be worn on occasions or festive times. Transparent one is so affordable and less cost. Black one is also not so much expensive, anyone can afford them.
